Den 35-årige Luis Suárez kan skifte frit nu, efter at han forlod Atletico Madrid ved kontraktudløb i sommer.
Luis Suárez debuterede for Nacional som kun 18-årig og vandt mesterskabet, inden han skiftede til Groningen i Æresdivisionen i Holland.
